Dual Blade Privacy Policy

Effective October 8, 2026

In short

Who we are

Dual Blade ("the game") is developed by TCV Dev ("we", "us"). If you have questions about this policy, contact us at tcvdev.games@gmail.com.

Information stored on your device

The game saves your progress on your device: your hero name and appearance, level, gold, materials, gear, forge upgrades, boss and champion progress, and your settings. This data stays on your device. It is not sent to us, and we can't see it.

Uninstalling the game or clearing its app data deletes this information permanently.

Arena (ghost PvP)

The Arena lets you fight AI "ghosts" of other players. When you open the Arena, the game signs you in to Unity Gaming Services (Unity Technologies) with an anonymous player ID; no email or account is needed. It then uploads your ghost so other players can fight it:

Your hero name, rating and ghost are visible to other players, including on the leaderboard. Pick a hero name that doesn't identify you. If you never open the Arena, nothing is uploaded. To have your Arena data removed, contact us with your hero name.

Advertising

The game offers optional rewarded video ads, for example to revive in battle or earn a key. Ads are served by Unity LevelPlay (Unity Technologies) and the ad networks it works with. To show and measure ads, they may collect:

This data is handled by those providers under their own privacy policies. See the Unity Privacy Policy, which also covers LevelPlay and lists its ad network partners.

What we don't do

Age requirement

Dual Blade is intended for players aged 13 and older and is not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information through the game, contact us and we will help address it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in the EU/UK or the CCPA in California), you may have rights to access, delete or object to the processing of personal information. Because we don't hold your data ourselves, requests about advertising data are best sent to Unity through the privacy policy linked above. You can also contact us and we will help.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update it on this page and change the effective date above.
